Welcome to COLE. Hair. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of colehair.com and your purchase of products from COLE. Hair. By accessing our website, creating a Professional Account, submitting an application, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
PROFESSIONAL-ONLY PURCHASING
COLE. Hair is a professional hair extension company. Purchasing access is limited to approved professional accounts.
Customers may be required to provide a valid cosmetology, hairstyling, salon, or other applicable professional license or credentials during the application process. COLE. Hair reserves the right to verify information submitted, approve or decline Professional Account applications, request additional documentation, and suspend or revoke purchasing privileges when appropriate.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
You agree that all information provided to COLE. Hair is accurate and current. Professional Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or used to provide purchasing access to unauthorized individuals.
PRODUCTS
COLE. Hair offers professional hair extensions and related products, including multiple methods, lengths, colors, textures and collections.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products. However, hair color may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and individual devices. Slight variations may also occur between batches because of the nature of human hair products.
Customers are responsible for confirming the appropriate color, length, method, quantity and product before placing an order.
HUMAN HAIR PRODUCTS
COLE. Hair extensions are made with human hair. Because human hair is a natural product, minor variations in color, texture, wave pattern or other characteristics may occur.
Product longevity varies based on installation, maintenance, products used, chemical processing, heat styling, environmental factors and the client’s natural hair and lifestyle. Therefore, a specific lifespan cannot be guaranteed.
Professional installation and proper aftercare are strongly recommended.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, colors, lengths, methods or collections at any time.
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve inventory. An order is not guaranteed until it has been successfully submitted and accepted.
If an inventory or pricing error affects an order, COLE. Hair reserves the right to contact the customer, modify the order with authorization, or cancel and refund the affected item or order.
ORDERS
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before submitting payment.
Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
COLE. Hair reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized account use, payment issues, inventory errors or violations of these Terms.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered by COLE. Hair.
Customers agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.
SHIPPING
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
COLE. Hair is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, refunds and eligibility requirements are governed by the COLE. Hair Return and Refund Policy published on our website.
Because hair extensions are personal-use products and may be affected once opened, handled, altered, installed or worn, additional return restrictions may apply as described in that policy.
Customers should review the Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.
COLOR MATCHING
Any color-matching assistance provided by COLE. Hair is intended as professional guidance and cannot guarantee an exact match.
Photographs, lighting, existing hair color, toner, previous chemical services and screen displays can affect color perception.
The purchasing professional remains responsible for making the final color selection.
INSTALLATION & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
COLE. Hair supplies hair extension products and does not control services performed by independent stylists, salons or other professionals using our products.
COLE. Hair is not responsible for improper installation, removal, coloring, chemical processing, maintenance, cutting or other services performed by third parties.
Professionals are responsible for determining whether a product or installation method is appropriate for their individual client and for complying with applicable licensing requirements, professional standards and laws.
ALTERED OR INSTALLED HAIR
Hair that has been installed, worn, cut, colored, toned, chemically processed, washed, altered or otherwise modified may not qualify for return, exchange or replacement except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by our Return and Refund Policy.
If you believe a product may be defective, discontinue use and contact COLE. Hair before altering or installing the product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The COLE. name, branding, logos, product photography, graphics, website design, written content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to COLE. Hair and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.
Approved professionals may use authorized COLE. Hair marketing materials only as permitted by COLE. Hair.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not use our website or Professional Account to engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresent professional credentials, gain unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, violate applicable law, or infringe upon the rights of COLE. Hair or another party.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
COLE. Hair reserves the right to suspend or terminate Professional Account access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, misuse of professional credentials, unauthorized account sharing, abusive conduct, payment disputes involving legitimate transactions, or other misuse of our services.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or integrate services provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment, shipping or technology providers. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, COLE. Hair will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
